Antique Large Folio Lithograph Published 1836-52, Dresden for "Die Vorzüglichsten Gemälde der Königlichen Galerie in Dresden" by Franz Hanfstaengl. Excellent quality Lithographs on India Wove Paper. See British Museum Reg # 1852,1009.442 for comments on the series. Scarce.

Very minor Water stain to bottom margin. Very minor margin toning.

Paper Size: 27 x 20 inch (69 x 51cm)

The Dresden Gallery was one of the first publications to use large format Lithographs as a medium in printing Old Masters.
